Because if the bank mistakenly added money to your account, THEY WILL FIND OUT. It might not be right away, but they will and if you've gone spending that money, you'll have to pay it back. I'm just has anal as you are when it comes to money(thankfully my BF has indicated I will be the money manager when we get married) every single penny is budgeted. I did a post of the tax rebate checks and Direct deposit. I did DD, but turns out because I used one of those H&R block thingys, I'll be getting a paper check. It sucks big time since I'm got laid off recently. Anyway, any big plans for the B'day?
