I mentioned yesterday that the V-day present of choice for me and my husband would be dessert. Flowers are nice and all but seriously? Give me something sweet! I am thoroughly enjoying my Valentine’s treat and when my husband got home from work last night, his was awaiting him…
When opened the freezer he commented “Let’s pretend I love you?”
Oops, my bad. I should have written “Let’s pretend these are Flintstone’s Push-ups instead of Scooby Doo Push Ups! I love you!”
Apparently they no longer make and/or sell Flintstone’s Push-ups which only came in Orange. Now I had the choice between Scooby Doo Push-ups or Shrek. And to be perfectly honest I think my husband is happier with the cherry, grape and orange variety that come with Scooby Doo Push-ups than he would have been with apple, blueberry, and lemon variety that came with Shrek Push-ups.
It was rather cute when he asked for a Push-up after he finished his dinner last night. Mainly b/c we had both forgotten about how stubborn the Push-ups can be and how painful the stick is when you’re trying to push-up the popsicle. But once he got it working he was so insanely happy…
His eyes are looking away b/c he was also enjoying wrestling

Push-Ups are the bomb. Flinstones were the classics, though. although I suppose Scooby could work. I lurve me some Push-Ups.
